Technical information The UNIC-GV is an electropneumatic benchtop stripper-crimper, which allows the processing of five ferrules on reel with different cross sections. Ferrules on reel in the range from 0.5mm2 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) with crimping lengths of 8 mm or 10 mm can be processed with no down time. The user simply chooses the cross-section on a touch display. Ferrules on reel for multi standard conductors can also be processed.

Technical information The electropneumatic driven, easily adaptable crimpmodule is specifically designed to process loose turned contacts and to be integrated in fully automatic machines. In the range of 0.08 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 28 – 14) wires and contacts can be crimped. Standard is a 4/8-indent crimp corresponding to MIL 22520. Z+F has been offering loose ferrules for multi standard conductors for some time. The ferrules come with an extended plastic collar and allow flexible processing of various conductors. From now on, as a world‘s first, ferrules on reel will also be available for processing multi standard conductors. The details are as follows: Cross sections and colors The ferrules on reel will be available with cross sections from 0.5 - 2.5 mm² (AWG 20-14), crimping lengths from 8 - 10 mm and in the established colors. The stripper-crimper AM 05 is an electropneumatic driven machine for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The AM 05 has a special selective feeding unit, through sensors and actuators the right placement of the contacts for further processing in the machine is guaranteed. The adjustment of the stripping- and crimping depth is motorical. Up to 50 different programs can be stored. Adjustments and programming is done with the touch Display. With the software Z+F SynCaT®, Zoller+Fröhlich creates a connection between the Z+F PROFILER® 9012 and external positioning and navigation systems. SynCaT stands for synchronization, calibration and transformation - also representing the main tasks of the software. The QS View software package is intended for dimensional control in 2D or 3D QS-View 2D / 3D software for all measuring tasks 3D representation of an irregular body for determination of volume and weight. With the 2D / 3D software a wide variety of parameters can be processed and displayed, e.g. length, width, angle height, gap, presence, volume (resp. weight), seam geometry (height, width), gap dimensions. Due to the modular structure of the software, customized specialties can be added any time. Each module delivers the results to an individual output module. The universal SPC interface allows simple connection to S7 controllers via Ethernet. 2D / 3D software developer kits are available for integrators with corresponding knowhow.

Z+F 3D phase based laser scanners enable a detailed condition and damage assessment. Due to the high sampling rate as well as a range resolution of less than 1mm and a measurement accuracy of millimetres, even the most delicate structures and details can be documented. The surveyed status, damage, structures and details are stored in a database which allows the reconstruction of the complete object or parts of the object at any given time in the future.
